Is the "'KDL-40W4100" worth the additional $400+ over the KDL-40V4100?

I'm asking this question because I'm planning to purchase a Sony KDL-40V4100, but once I saw the KDL-40W4100 I had second-thoughts over this. I don't know whether to fork over the additional $400+ just for the included Motionflow™ 120Hz, and such. Is it worth it?

120 Hz is a nice feature to have, but not for that price disparity. Personally, I would just go with the V-series in this case.

Wow, that is a huge difference. Last year the W3000 was only $100 more than the V. (I have the W3000.
