Sony Sony 55" KDF55E2000 Bulb

does anyone know a good place to buy a bulb for this model tv Sony 55" KDF55E2000 . sony says they do not sell it and gave me a service center number to call which i have not done yet but seems kinda odd sony doesnt sell this concidering i purchased the tv about a year ago.
