Although these settings seem to be not bad, settings on the web can sometimes be worse than the initial settings on the TV. One should really calibrate the TV oneself since each TV is unique. For example, the Tint settings of -8 seems to be way off compared to many TVs that I've set up. Also the colour management should be turned off. See the following thread for setup instructions:
