Hello, This is my first post so ill try to keep it short and not to confusing, I usually watch blurays and dvds and when im not watching shows/movies I play xbox/ps3, I have the hdmi cables for both.

That being said im looking to buy a hdtv, Ive been investigating :sherlok: and the one I have in mind is http://www.amazon.com/Samsung-LN52A650-52-Inch-1080p-120Hz/dp/B001413DF8/ref=pd_bbs_sr_1?ie=UTF8&s=electronics&qid=1214247583&sr=8-1

Basically I was wondering if this tv would last me a good while or if i should wait for something coming out in the near future, also as a side question does anyone have any advice/suggestions on a camcorder that can record say bits of game play/movies straight from the tv to the camcorder?

Money is not to much of an issue I have been saving up for these things for a long while so if you have better suggestions based on personal experience or knowledge please let me know

Anyhow thanks to anyone who reply's any advice is much appreciated.

I've been recommending the regza line to people in the market.I also had my ps3 and a hd dvr cable box before I baught my new tv.based on a satisfied history with toshiba I got the new 46"regza model # is 46rv530u . It has a great game mode for smoother movement during fast action scenes and with 4 hdmi imputs 2 component imputs and a ton of others it will allow you to hook up all your gear without the need for switchers or adapters all at a very reasonable price.

I also have to recommend the Toshiba Regza line. I have the 42 RV530U model. I thought it offered the most bang for the buck. (My budget was limited to $1200)

But since money is not an issue for you- I'd also suggest looking at the Sony models.
