Can someone please explain the difference between the terms "convergence" and "geometry" in regard to HDTVs?
Thanks!

Convergence adjustment makes the three colors coincide/align perfectly. Typically, this adjustment is used on CRT's (especially rear projection).
Geomtry adjustment generally refers to making the display (picture) perfectly "squared" and/or centered. Settings may include right/left height and width, position, pincushion, trapeziod, tilt, etc....
