Hi Forum,
I replaced the 392-110s with 392-120s, and I can adjust the red now, but now the blue is out of whack. I can adjust the blue, but it will only go side to side, it won't go up and down on manual convergence. I also feel that one of the new IC's is much hotter than the one on the right side. I can put my hand on the right side, but the other is too hot to leave on for more that a second or two. I did not replace the resistors, as they were all within specks. BUt, I guess I'll have to replace the the resistors and see where that takes me. Thanks for any help from the forum in advance.

You likely bridged a solder joint, damaged a trace, missed a pin soldering, didn't plug a connector in completely or something else in the repair process if you have a different symptom after working on the set. You could also have a defective IC. There are lots of sub-standard replacement parts out there.
