DTV Conundrum

I have two lcd tv's. One is a Sony 32" with analog that I use cable. I have a Direct TV satellite box and use the HDMI input to watch OTA digital. My other tv is in the kitchen and is a Sharp 15" that I have a Radio Shack converter box to watch OTA digital. My dilema is: I must use two remote controls with each tv to go back and forth from digital to cable (Analog). Am I missing something? Is there a way I can use only one remote with out buying a new one? I feel caught in between technological developments.

I solved a problem regarding the use of two remotes. I bought a tv with two RF inputs. One cable and one off-air.
