:eek: Could it be!...DireTv pulling back the covers for a little peeking! ...It appears we've been numbered to the FCC........if true we can at least get an idea of how many potential voices could shout out a few words to other parties including DirecTv....those that have internet access...........and The Survey Saaiidd!!!
In a letter detailing HD happenings, DirecTV told commission officials that it has 180,000 active subscribers with HD set-top boxes. The company also told the agency about 260,000 HD set-top boxes have been shipped.....it anticipates rolling out 30,000 to 50,000 HD-DVR set-top boxes
And this does not appear to take into account the number of HDTV's out there with built in DirecTv decoders. I wonder how many Dish will disclose?
