Should I buy sony extended service plan

I'm very happy with my purchase of Bravia Z 40inch. I saw that Sony offers extended service plans for 2, 3, & 4 years. Prices are about $120, $220, $320. Should I get the plan?

Thanks for the quick reply! I called my credit card company. They said I do have some kind of extended warranty benefit. So I'll pass on the Sony extended service plan.
