You got to love those 8-VSB developers. What they will do to try to receive 8-VSB even portable. This guy is walking around with a flower pot of an antenna on his head and this is for what they call walkabout reception.

And you could do this with COFDM with a simple omni antenna at 200 mph.
Read this article and weep. It seems they may give up on any change to 8-VSB and just accept the inevitable failure of OTA Free DTV.
