When I first bought my Samsung HDTV and it has some HD-channel and it was really cool.
Then recently I bought a DTV converter for regular standard TV and I notice it has a lot more HD-channel pick up than the Samsung HDTV. Why is that?
I talk to Samsung people and they keep saying that it only pick up channel that is available in my area.
Antenna are all local channel which means it available in my area. The DTV converter pick it up and why can't the Samsung HDTV?
I asked if there any SW upgrade software thing like it available option in the HDTV. But I got nothing.
He, then, recommended me on a DTV converter box or SET-Top-Box for the Samsung HDTV to pick up more HD-channel.
Well that is stupid!!!!!!!!
