I have Dish network and my receiver is Hd and it also controls tuner on the other set but I want to receive Hd signal on it too. Is there any way?

The following is based on Bell Canada's STBs which are similar to Dish. You could connect HDMI to one TV and component video to the other TV. However, both TVs would show the same programme. You cannot have HD on two TVs and different programmes.
