You left out Sampo which makes 34 inch tube HDTVs which handle all of the standards 1080i 720p and 480p. Also, their web page has a good FAQ on HDTV

Myself, I am going to purchase a PDP503CMX with a PDA-5002 video card. This card makes the 503 monitor a tv receiver.

I posted in the Toshiba board under the 57hx81 about the lack of a TW56x81, which was an older, 2-3 years ago, yet similar model. Of course, I don't know how far back one wants to go.
