KDP-51WS550 Led blinks 4 times

Hello,

I have one of these sets and when I power up it would give 10 red led blinks. The service manual said to replace Q8013 and Q8014. I did replace them. I now have the set power up, led blinks 4 times then tv powers off. I never get a picture. Any ides help? The 4 blinks says the vertical section and to replace IC6501 and I did. Now went back to 10 blinks. Please help.

Does anybody have any thoughts or suggestions on what the problem may be with this TV? Please, I am lost at where to look.
