No picture on new 6000 reciever on guide??

I could not wait for the illusive 921 PVR to come out, so I bought a new 6000 Reciever for my Dish HD set up. I am amazed that I have now lost my picture while using the guide feature. I called DN about this and was told they did not have "Room" to put this feature in the actuall box. Can that be right?

this is a firmware and hardware issue. It's the same with the SA3100HD. The next generation of STB will solve this problem along with some others - like good SD pictures on component video cables, like scaling of HD channels, etc.
