Looking for a new panel, want to use my xbox 360 for gaming around 40% of the time. Will the V series be sufficient or should I go with the 46W4100 for the same money. both are around $1700. I have read pros and cons on both models per the 60-120Hz viewing issues. Are the 60Hz models good enough to watch Blue ray movies and sports?? Need help please direct whats the better model for the money, not looking to spend any more

I just bought the V series. I got it for $1400, using the online coupon and having them match best buy's sale price. For me, the extra couple hundred dollars was not worth the difference. The W has 120 refresh rate, which I think is a gimic and can't tell a difference. You also would get a motion enhancement feature and your Sony logo would light up on the front of the TV. Blu-ray (not blue) movies look fine with 60Hz, plus you can actually watch them at 24FPS, without any 3:2 pulldown.
I like mine a lot and am glad I did not purchase the W for features that are useless to me.
