I have a 50PX80U. Problem trying connect dvdr with uverse ATT stb. The tv, dvdr, and stb are connected with component cables, using component 1 and 2 inputs. I have also tried the video 1 input, but on all inputs except the component 1 input, the picture is black and white. I cannot get the dvdr to record on comp 1 which has color. However, when I play a dvd on comp 2 it plays fine with color, etc. I can record on comp 2 or video 1, but only in black and white.
If anyone has ATT uverse, the have a better idea of the setup. ATT has checked the connections, I have called Panasonic and Samsung(dvdr) and have not been successful.
Any ideas are appreciated.
