View Full Version : Receiving specific HD stations

Live in the Wash DC area and have had my HD setup (HDS-20, 57H80) for 1.5 years. We have many local HD stations in the DC area. Tried to watch Game 4 of Cup finals last nite on ABC HD. Could not receive station (Ch. 7 is ABC, Channel 39 ABC HD). I receive CBS HD and NBC HD fine. Checking antennaweb.org indicates ABC HD, CBS HD and NBC HD are broadcast from same direction. Rescanned multiple times on Panasonic HDS-20...nothing. Tried manually adding Ch 39...nothing. Called friend in a town a few miles away and he was watching the game on ABC HD w/o a problem. Any suggestions?

I live just outside DC in MD, and watched the NBA game on ABC last night. I have an OTA antenna, and received the game on channel 7.1. This is the channel I receive all of the ABC HD programming on. I receive Fox on 5.1, CBS on 9.1, and PBS on 26.1 through 26.4. All of these signals come through real clear.

I live in N. VA and get ABC on 7.1. I did notice that earlier this week (Monday and Tuesday) that they were not broadcasting on 7.1. Im not a hockey fan so dont know if the game was on one of those dates or not.
