Yellow hanging out.

I've done the 64 point convergence and e-focus and my tv looks awsome now. I can tell a big difference. The only problem is on some channels with a red background and white letters the yellow looks like is hanging out on the left side. Is it the channel because my convergence is pretty tight. On my 27 inch tv i think it's hanging out too but you just don't notice it that much.

I have identical set as you. The problem could be in your source or it could be convergence. As per what you have said, your convergence is fine, so the next thing comes to mind is source.
Change channels or DVD and look for the yellow outline.
Also you might want to check your video cables, if they are too close to the power cables, interference might cause what you are seeing.

Thanks. I'm getting ready to redo my av cables and clean up some of the mess! Do you think it's ok to run all of your av cables together and how far do your power cables need to be from them.

Try to have your power cables not running "parallel and right next to" the other cables for long distances. A few inches is usually enough separation.

It's best to let your cables "hang down" straight rather than "bundling" or "looping" them. If the connectors are good, and the cables are half decent, there's not usually an issue.
