I live in Louisville, KY and ESPN and Discovery were added last night. I haven't heard when and if they will be charging for the package.

Per Sean Hogue yesterday:
WFYI HD will be added to our lineup July 1. I don't expect NBC to be added
anytime soon.
We're hoping to add ESPN, Discovery and HDNet. Negotiations on cost are
still an issue. These costs will end up being passed on to the consumer,
and thus we are working to secure the lowest rates possible.
A single box solution is scheduled for the end of July.

I am going with insight next week and here in southern indiana they still use two boxes.Has any area gone to one box yet?

Any idea when Insight will be HD in Columbus?
They kept saying the don't own Columbus they just rent it and it will be awhile. Anybody know. I want ESPNHD so bad.
