I just got my zenith hdv420 stb and am having problems connecting to my samsung 3298 hdtv.
I have plenty of signal strength and power to the unit. I just can't seem to get it to work. I can't even get the menu to come up. I have tried the digital and analog connections with no success. Could this be DOA or is there something I could be missing. Is there a master reset on this? I can't believe it is this difficult to get started.
