is any one in stockton getting a hd signal from our networks, and if so, how are u doing it, i am using a huges receiver HD with a pioneer elite tv HD, and a terk tv-55 ota ant, can't get it to work

i live in roseville ca and have tried to receive ota with a mitsi hd receiver and 55907 tv. I have tried using the terk 55 and with no luck. an antenna installer told me that it was almost impossible for me to get ota because of the distance from the tower...it is in Walnut Creek.

did the ant installer give u any suggestions on what ant to use, i am only about 40 miles form walnut creek

I live in Citrus Heights, CA and i am able to pick-up OTA HDTV. I am using a JVC ($40 at BB) indoor powered antenna with my Ws-55859.

i was able to get my terk-55 to work, now i get every local channel at 100%
its bad ass,
i had my setting wrong on the hughes receiver,
