WS55859 Audio Dropouts

I am experiencing intermittant audio dropouts on one channel of OTA reception of HD signal. This has been a problem since day one (14 months). MITS says it is a signal strength problem but I am six miles from the transmitter that is running 1 megawatt erp. The transmitter engineer says it sounds like a encoding /decoding mismatch. This occurs on only one of six stations in the St. Louis market and it happens to be the CBS outlet. Anyone out there seen anything like this?

I had the same issue on my WS65869, what you need is a firmware upgrade for your set, see the following thread for more info.
