Clear wording on ws-48311

What do you need to adjsut to get all wording and text clear and in focus on the television. That is the only thing I need to finish

Welcome to the forum. Are you talking about "convergence", so that you don't have "bleeding colours"? Check out the FAQ section - see the post "what you need to do to your new HDTV".

No just talking about making all wording on the screen, ex. commercial text, ESPN scrolling text, to be clearer and more crisp

Hmm, don't know how to help you there. Sometimes the graphics, characters, text, etc. are not very clear to begin with and maybe you're now just noticing, since you have a better TV.

I've certainly found sometimes when watching sports on HD programmes that the "SD" graphics show through quite dramatically.

How're the credits on DVD movies? If they're crisp, then it may simply be the incoming material and not an issue with the TV

There may be a focus adjustment on the Mits like there is on Hitachi. One of the Mits experts will have to advise.

Make sure you turn off the SVM option on every video mode.......

I have the same problem. Text is not clear.(the copyright warning for example) and subtitles etc...
