:mad: I have a Sony kv-36XBR400 and I just bought an Sony SAT-HD100 receiver. I am on Direct-SAT I get HBO,HDNET and just got my sat C kit so i can get SHO. I had Sonys Dig receiver SAT-55 with the RM-Y802 remote and all the remotes worked. The amp, Pioneer VSX607S,Toshiba VCR wich I hardly use any more,Pioneer DV-36C DVD.There lies the problem.The remote for the SAT-hd100 RM-Y808 wont power the DVD. In the code book the code is the same 605. I also bought this Sony before reading the reviews. It works fine switches from reg to hd auto and back. Sound In 5.1 is great and the only draw back is the fan. Mine is in the cab. so i cant hear it. I CAN STILL TAKE IT BACK! What Receiver is the most user friendly and best quality???????
