gateway 42" plasma

anyone know anything about this unit? it is selling in Indy for $2799. Ovation folks say it can't refresh quickly enough with an action packed movie.

The Gateway plasma is a rebadged Sampo. The refresh rate is a problem as it is pretty slow. Also, the life span of the Gateway is about half of that of a Panasonic, or another namebrand unit.
