Help! Need DTC100 Service Menu

I just got a DTC100 but it must have been a store demo as I am stuck with 'power lock' and 'channel hold'. I tried to find the service menu with no success. Help!!!

i had the same problem when i purchased my dtc 100.
You have to hold down the input button on the reciever and hold
down either the down arrow or the left arrow at the same time.
I just can't remember which> The menu should pop up >
