does anyone have any advice on how to get rid of these pink areas where the picture is supposed to be red? i assume it's due to some magnetism during shipping or something? i read that each time the set is turned out, it automatically degausses itself. no matter how many times i do this, it does not get any better. has anyone else had this problem?
also, how do i get into the service menu on this set? i have read in other posts that people turn off the set, press 1, 8, 2, and then power on. i don't have the original remote so i'm using a sony rm-av3000 with the preloaded samsung tv codes but i can't get into the menu.
