If I get a triple LNB dish with three basic recievers, will I be able to connect an HD-reciever to it?

Yes....
However, shop around and do your homework on the receiver (input options, in particular)....DVI is a nice option to have if you plan to get some mileage out of your digital equipment.

I have a Sony SAT T60 (Tivo) with two line from my dish to it, a mitsu reciever, and my Sony SAT HD-200 all connected to my dish with no problems. The sony has component, and DVI connectors.... but it's a bit pricey.
