I purchased a Panasonic HD-TUS20 1.5 years ago. Recently a salesperson told me about a software upgrade to correct the audio/video drop I was experiencing. After calling the service/repair center I sent it in. I was later told that I had the upgrade already, but for $150 they could clean it and that might help. I had them just send it back. After hooking it up, I now have a green picture. I have checked the connection and tried a different set of component cables to no avail.
Panasonic is not being too helpful with my dilemma.
Please help.

One thing that comes to mind is if the connections were switched when they serviced your box. They might have switched YPbPr to PbYPr or the other eight combinations. I would try to switch component cables and see if it works. I dont think it will damage the TV. Guys, anyone who can shed some light on this.
I hope they have not disconnected or broken one of the connections inside the STB which could lead to a problem like yours. Opening up the cover of the STB to resolder or checking that would be an idea, dont know how inclined are you to do this.
I had a problem with my component cable connection one time and all I saw was green tint on black and white. I cleaned all the connections and reconnected them, then it was perfect.
