Anyone tried the new Directv triple satellite (Triple LNB) for HD?

I have a Sony HD TV, Sony (SAT-HD100) Receiver, Directv Dish (Double LNB)
HBO & HDNET look good but signal is low in the 70's therefore the screen changes resolution all the time. Other channels signal is about 80. Can't seem to get a better signal. Dish is mounted on top of a triplex and still doesn't get a consistent high signal.

HD broadcasts flicks when scene change and then picture goes away, comes right back and the signal reads 1080i again.

Anyone know how to fix this?

Assuming it is securely mounted, the cables are sound, there are no structures and things like trees in the way I would borrow or buy a signal meter and tweak the dish. I noticed a significant improvement in my signal and picture by getting up there with the meter and working all three axis of my dish till I got the best reading possible, my signals are at worst 93%. If you are still having problems I would check cables then the LNBs.

I have a RCA 3 LNB dish. I aimed the 3 LNB dish the same direction as the old 1 LNB dish. I got the regular Directv channels, but not the HD channels. I found that with azmuth, tilt and elevation, the obstruction was not directly in the direction of the azmuth. I cut down a tree directly in front of the dish that I thought was interfering with the signal. That did not help. I moved the dish and found it was a tree that was 30 degrees off azmuth. It was a factor of tilt that I did not expect. The lesson here is to make sure you have a wide clear area. I also found that most HDTV over the air signals are UHF so the UHF antenna is the most important to aim in the right direction.
