I'm looking to buy an HD receiver, and I'm trying to decide between the Samsung, Zenith and Sony. Which one should I buy? And should I wait? What's the chances there will be a price reduction in the next month or so? Right now the Samsung is 599, the Zenith is 699 and the Sony is 799. I hear the Sony and the Zenith are pretty much identical, so I guess I'm down to the Zenith and Samsung. Is one better than the other.

I had both the Zenith 420 and Samsung sr-t151 in my house. I opted for the Samsung sr-t151, mainly because I could get it on Ebay for under $250 (new). Refurbs were available for $180 or so.
I think the Zenith was a little more sensitive, but I started to pick up a steady signal from CBS (2-1) on the Samsung after re-aiming my rooftop antenna. Before re-aiming it was breaking up constantly. I am 45 miles north of Chicago.
I've had no problems with the new unit. I have yet to play with whatever I can get from Milwaukee on my other antenna. We're maybe 55 miles from there.
Has anyone with a Samsung seen any of the station/program info on their info display? So far I haven't seen anything.
