PC tuner cards for DVB

Was wondering if there was a forum for personal computers receivers. I have found several companies that make a receiver card for DVB and need information to make a better choice. There are many European forums and it seems to be a common way of watch HDTV in those countries. Was wondering why it hasn't caught on here. I sure my PC monitor would be great (not 50 inch but better res then 50'') and a cheaper way to try HDTV out.

Yu are right about that. Check out AV Science Forum (http://www.avsforum.com) and look int he HTPC forum and in the HDTV Recording forum. You'll find far more than you ever wanted to know about using your PC in or as your home theater system. And if you can't seem to find the answer you are looking for, just ask. :)
