I'm looking for an HDTV.

Image quality is very important and I also want BIG! I was thinking 65".

The TV must have DVI input for my computer. I will be using the TV for games and DVD's with my 480p DVD player.

I had my eye on the Toshiba 65HDX82, but I realized it converted the 720p into 1080i. I want a tv that has 720p display!

I assume a TV capable of 720p must have excellent image quality.

If you can help me find a TV and offer suggestions, I'll be very grateful.

I have learned lots about HDTV's, but I'm still new to this.

I would like to stay around the price of $2k.

Acutally, I guess i'm looking for HDTV READY.

Thanks for any help and suggestions you can offer..

In order to get 720P native display, you will have to choose one of several TVs that have fixed pixel displays, like LCD, DLP, etc.

See the FAQ on "types of HDTV". I don't think you'll get the size you suggested for the price you've indicated.
