I just got my new HDTV last week (Hitachi 51F500) and decided to purchase a calibration DVD as well.
After talking to some of the members on this board, I decided to go with the Digital Video Essentials DVD, and not the more technical AVIA disk.
Apparrently there was a new iteration of the disk coming out, on 9/3/03 to be specific, so I pre-ordered it.
My question is, has anyone purchased the new DVE disk and received it yet? If so, does anyone have any comments on its effectiveness, ease of use, etc? Amazon emailed me with a projected delivery date of 9/8/03.
Thanks!
