Check out Crutchfield.com They document the exact differences between the 2. The XBR800 has some adjustability and comes with a longer factory warranty. 2 years of labor and parts instead of 1 year.
I am so excited. i just re-measured our entertainment cabinet and if I unscrew the doors that are never pulled out and shut then i can go with the 36" instead of the 32 inch. Giddy-up!
