Insight HD Evansville

Well for several nites both HDNET channels just freeze up I am getting still images.
Also ESPNHD is totaly out all others HD signals are fine.

A call to Insight sorry no one else has reported any problems.

Problems is they want to send a tech out during the DAYTIME but abover probelms have only been a nite.

Not what they heck do I do.

Anychance anyone on INSIGHT had any freezeup problems only on a couple hd channels?

Sorry I cant help you with your problem my insight hd is working fine. I have insight hd in Columbus, OH and we dont have ESPNHD yet. Do you have it now? If so do you pay more for ESPNHD?

We only get 5 hd channels abc, nbc, cbs, hbo and showtime. What insight hd channels are available in your area?

turns out i am the only hd insight evv customer to call in.it is not my box it is a headend problem and they know about it.

we get in evansville

abc
nbc
pbs
bravo hd plus
disc
espn
hdnet
hdnet mov

suppose to get WE ARE NOT GETTING inhd and inhd 2 by sept 15 i hope

we pay 2.00 more for hdbox
plus 7.95 for pkg yes we have espn for awhile
