I replaced my convergence chips with the same brand new OEM chips on my Panasonic PT47wx53g.

If I press the requested buttons on the remote: Channel up/down and Volume up/down - I cannot get the blue or red crosses to move.
Any advice?
Bad chips? Crossed wires? Maybe I have some extra solder connected 2 prongs on the convergence chips? Anything?
