just got my receiver and dish in the mail today and hooked up the reciver i cant get hd channels yet because i dont have the oval dish installed yet.. i used the dvi input's and the picture i get now is extremly bad its very blurry and fuzzy looking.. any idea why?
my regular hd box didint look like this..

I fixed it, it was the setting reset to factory from the dvi input..

I guess when you switch inputs it has diffrent settings for each input, so when i switched to the dvi input the contract was at 100 and all the factory settings were set ...
directtv will be at my house tommorow putting the oval satellite dish up!!! cant want to see the hd channels

wow, that really is not making sense to me right now
I'm just gonna assume that mine is fine then

Samsung does not come setup out of the box If I remember right you have to switch a small switch in the back to 1080 and change one of the options in a menu. It then reboots and works.
