NBATV in Houston

TW in Houston is offering a new channel, NBATV, starting today as part of their digital sports package. NBATV says it will broadcast at least 50 games in HiDef this year. Does anyone know if the channel on TW will show the games in HiDef or not? If so, its definatly worth $3 per month, but if not, there are plenty of other NBA games on TV.

How do you find out about new channels that TWC broadcasts. When they decided to broadcast DicoveryHD, I just got lucky looking through the guide one day. I also live in Houston, and was wondering if there is an email newsletter they send out? Their web site is pretty horrible and outdated.

Will the HD games be simelcast on a different channel, or will we be able to see the game in HD on the normal NBATV channel (101)?

If you have inside information, anything else you can tell us about future HD channels?

they will be broadcast on a different channel and I just got back in the loop so I don't have any info on any new channels and how i got a lot of info is one I work for twc nyc and also some info I got right here at this site also indemand.com and multichannel news.com

I live in queens,N.Y. (timer warner land). I was wondering I see this past weekend we got channel 708 saw some NBA higlights, very nice on HD. I keep reading about people from other states, could you tell me about here in NY, any idea on what we have to look forward to and how long till we see it?
