When I purchased my 65869, I also purchased an extended warranty.
I just received a letter from Mits, informing me that my 1 year warranty period has expired, and an offer to extend the warranty for up to 3 years.
For those people that don't have, I suggest you take advantage. In fact it was cheaper then what I orginally paid to the retail store last year.
I needed it once this year, I had a spider wed accross one of the guns. Go figure??
