Dish Networks is a BAD COMPANY. I have been having problems for almost a year.

They are now getting nasty because I won't just go away.

I was told, even though they have problems with their HDTV receiver, it is not their problem. They never guaranteed it would work.

If you buy a Dish Network system from a retailer, like Radio Shack, Sears, or anyone else, if you have a problem with your Dish system, you can PN:Y go after them. Dish Networks is out of the loop, and you cannot go after Dish Networks.

If you buy direct from Dish Networks, you have only 30 days to recitfy a problem. After that time, it is too late.

I asked to have that policy sent to me in writing, and he said they would not.

Dish Networks is A BAD COMPANY, and you should not do buisness with them.

p.s. The person I talked with this time was Robbin, ID 6H7 at Dish Networks. He also said there is no one else I can complain to.

you are either being paid by Directv to post this stuff here, or you are SO whiny that DISH is tired of dealing with you.

The lower tier customer service of ANY company is RARELY effective at working outside of set guidelines. They probably all know you there, and they probably put you on the speakerphone just for a good laugh.

Did you get in touch with Charlie? Apparently not. Because he would cut through the crap and take care of you. Don't call 1-800-333-dish. Call the company headquarters (303) 723-1000 and ask to speak to him directly. Chances are, you won't actually talk to him, but you will get high enough so that it will be the last call you make.
