Problems with Netcomand and Dishnetwork Model 6000u

I have a Mitsubishi WS48511 RPTV and I am using Netcomand. Since Dishnetwork upgraded my Model 6000u to ver. 7.81 the Netcomand mode is not working properly, I have to press each command twice on the remote control for it to be reconized. The remote works fine when I slide the switch to the DBS mode. I just have this problem in the Netcomand mode. Anyone else with Dishnetwork and model 6000 receiver seeing this problem?

I have a Radio Shack Kameleon and I have the same problem. I noticed it when I ran my macro to turn all my components on. I corrected the macro problem by using the on and off key twice in the macro. I have read in other forums that this is a problem with the new firmware.
