Blue Arching Lines ???

Hello all,

I have a Sony 51'' HDTV. I do not remember what model it is. Anyway I was having a flickering problem and had a tech come out and he replaced all three CRT's. Later that night when I came home I noticed when in Video 1,2,3 etc *black screen) i have these blue lines that arch across the screen. If I watch TV for a while and switch to Video 1,2,3 the lines are gone. It continues to come back when the TV has been off for longer than 10 minutes.

Any ideas?

I am using a Hughes E-86 HD STB.

Call the tech back in to fix the problem...sounds like an adjustment to me.
