I have a spare 20amp breaker in my electrical panel. Was thinking of running a dedicated line to my HT. (edit: used it)
12 ga wire in conduit. I've used metal conduit before but I see they have pvc conduit now. Looks like it would be a lot easier to use, no bending etc., just glueing :) Or, stick with the 1/2" metal conduit for shielding? (edit: ended up using platic flexible conduit from the panel to the heater duct system)
The physical layout won't be difficult. Most of the run is in the garage and through a wall directly into the HT room. (at the end of the room where the equipment is). (edit: ran through the heater duct to the far side of the HT room)
I can pick one of these up for cost. I've read the comments pro and con, 'am just considering it. Kinda leaning on the 'not' side.
(edit: Didn't buy it )
