I've had my 46809 for about 4 months. Overall pretty happy with it. I think maybe I should have saved a little more and bought the 65". My in-laws have that and I love it. I haven't got a Pro-Scan DVD yet, but I will soon. I play my X-Box constantly with the component hookups and its to die for. About my question. I took delivery of it myself because I didn't want to wait a week. My in-laws bought theirs at the same place I did but had theirs delivered. When the people did theirs they spent about 30-45 minutes doing the convergence. I didn't really see anything on mine that needed adjustment. Is convergence really a big deal? Also I've noticed my screen is shifted to the left a little. It tends to cut about an inch off of the left side. What can be done to fix this without calling out a serviceman? Sorry about the length.
