Charter in Carrollton, TX

I've attempted to contact Charter three times asking them if/when HDTV would become available in my area and never got a response. Anyone out there have any ideas? I think its time I checked into Direct TV or Dish. Charter's customer service is horrible!

Had the same issue. No response. They do not know. Finally went with DIsh and OTA.
