I have a CRT rear-projection HDTV, what type of maintenance should I expect? (like is there a bulb that will need replaced at some point?)

There are no consumables like lamps. Periodic convergence adjustmets and geometry should be done to keep the PQ looking good.
Sometime in the future the set should be opened up and the dust cleaned from the lenses. How far into the future depends on the environment the TV is in.
