Does anyone keep getting the run around from cablevision?

I have been trying to get a hd box from cablevision since december 24th. They keep saying that they run out of boxes and they reschedule me. My next appoint is on 1/20/04 and this is the 4th appoinment. The boxes are coming on 1/19 and they are not taking appointment for that day. Do you think I have a good shot at getting a box this time since the appointment is the day after tghe boxes come in and it is from 8-11am. Please let me know if I am not the only one getting the run around from cablevision.

No...You're not getting the runaround. They actually did run out of hd boxes. They are in stock now though. I'm putting in at least 3 a day.:D
