Are all crt tube based TV's analog?
Yes, even the ones that have the word "Digital" on the front. The final output is analogue.

That's not to say that a 'digital' CRT based TV 's are worse than a DLP/plasma/LCD TV. They can still produce a HD picture that is spectacular!
CRT's do have an edge with picture quality in some instances.
(They do have defecits too! So... no snide remarks from non-CRT owners! ;) )

I personally prefer a CRT based image when watching a movie IMO... it looks the most film like to me...

Is the Toshiba 34HFX83 a Digital or Analogue HDTV?

It is a Direct View CRT HDTV monitor with digital and analog inputs.
What ever is presented on the CRT gets converted from digital to analog before being displayed.
You really shouldn't get all hung up on the terminology.

Everything is converted to analog at some point because all five human sensory perceptions are analog. In CRTs digital signal (eg.DVI) is converted to analog before being fed to CRT to create an image.
In DLP, light output percieved by eyes is analog. Almost everything done to create/manipulate that light output is digital.
